I've been OK in Ballyfermot, but LivingTV+1 may have been down all weekend. All I know is I missed the latest episode of CSI twice (Friday & Sunday) thanks to tuning in to a blank screen on Living+1

Same here with Living+1 since Thursday at least - City Centre area. Just getting a constant engaged tone on 1800321321.

Why not just ring them up? Usually if there's a fault in a particular area they have a recorded message listing all the areas concerned, so you don't have to wait ages for a real person. At least then you know it's not just you.

Still down in a very limited area of Clondalkin

Spent 36 mins on hold to NTL and then cut off.

Made contact with a friend of a friend who is an NTL engineer and he says they didn't send out any engineer on Sunday to the fault and that they may not have the required part in stock to make the repair today.

    Delighted to find this thread.

I'm in Clondalkin too and have no service, as of this morning before leaving for work.

Spent a lot of yesterday trying to get through to NTL. Dialling the freephone number from my landline kept getting me to an engaged tone. When I tried dialling the freephone number from my mobile, a recording asked me to dial an 01 number instead. It took an age to get through to anyone and it bypassed any "outages in the following areas" message. When I eventually got to someone, he didn't seem aware of any issues in Clondalkin, so it's good to learn from here that there is a general issue and that it's not just me.

I notice that the NTL is back on but the picture quality is poor. Anyone else have the same problem??

Just back - NTL seems to be up. Will do a picture check and get back.

I got through on saturday evening for all the good that it was, the lady couldnt tell me which areas were out and she said that she had had a few calls from clondalkin, but she didnt know which areas. Then she said to get any furthur help she needed to book me in with an engineer before she could continue.

edit : the picture - I cant tell if its worse or better. sorry

Picture seemed fine to me last night.

I still get some mild interference between channels on the digital service - eg vague shadows of the Sky News scroller on other channels.
