42'' Plasma TV 999euro Harvey Normans Sale

    I seen the add for a 42'' plasma tv for only 999euro.I dont know if its HD or not.But it seems like pretty good value to me.Anyone been in and looked at them.Are the HD and whats the info on it..

    you would never know i seen one for 800euro that was hd in a book that i got at
    RDS toys 4 big boys...and yeah i think the add said half price so it should be a good deal...

    That was more than likely lcd rather than plasma

    The only 42" TV I saw in there today that was prominently on sale was a HiSense (Harvey's cheapy brand of choice). Don't know much about them, but wouldn't spend that kind of money on a cheapo brand (wasn't HD or HD ready). The model on the floor (didn't get the model number) was marked "Was €1499, now €999".

    BTW, they had 2 TVs set up for proper HD input (from a phiilips High Def player) and they made the picture on the rest of em look like complete $hoite! :)
