Anyone ever RMA'd with Corsair?

I got 2x1GB Corsair DDR2 modules with the rest of the bits for my new Core 2 Duo rig, but unfortunately both modules fail memtest86+ with several hundred errors each (ran memtest once with each module installed seperately).

I've applied for an RMA on Corsair's site, so I assume i'll get some kind of response on Monday. Does anyone know how long it'll take them to get new RAM to me? Do they offer a service like Maxtor do where you give them your credit card details and they'll dispatch a replacement directly without waiting for the faulty part to arrive (i.e. they only charge you in the event that you don't send the faulty unit in or its not faulty or something)?

    Thanks.

I have RMA'd corsair ram through komplett, And had not problems that way. I cant see any problems with doing it directly through them primarily. You will more then likely recieve confirmation back on monday.
