On a new PC when trying to view music videos and downloaded TV shows I get a error which says " The exception integer divisoin by zero" and explorer then crashes. i have installed every possible codec pack, does anyone have any ideas?

Reinstall internet explorer. And try the k-lite mega codec pack.
