    Villain has 1k, I have 300, blinds 1/2

He had 700 when I came to the table, then he open raised KK utg, two blinds called, flop T94 twotone, checked to him, he bet the pot, sb (me) folded, and BB check-raised, he shoved and BB called with T9, but J on turn and Q on river got him out of jail. Therefore, I had decided to frequently call his raises with position.

Previoiusly, he opened, I called with 67s, flop 643, he bet the pot, I called in position, turn Q giving me fd, he check/folded to my bet.

    Sooooo

    Preflop
He opens to 10 utg, I call on button with 7d8d, nobody else calls.

    Flop (22)
    Th 9d 4s
    he bets 20, I call

    Turn (62)
    9h
he checks, I bet 50, he calls

    River (162)
    As
He checks, and I bet 125

Looks good to me, except that you haven't given (or don't have) any info on high likely villain is to lay down hands. So maybe that's a bit risky, but he only needs to lay down 2 out of 5 (or so), so I like it.

You started calling him because he stacked off easily, ie he is loose
In the last hand he played against you took him off a hand in a similar manner
    I dont like it

Missed that bit, but I still like it.

True - but he tended to go BLAM BLAM BLAM with his "big" hands.
    And not BLAM, check/call, check/call

you took him off a hand once, ppl generally dont like to give up hands specially against same opponents.
he is much more likely to look you up with anything even if he expects to be beat.
thats what the check call prob means here .

Well Mr. Villain was good enough to lay down here.

I think he is on a draw a fair amount of time, or a weak one-pair hand. I considered betting a little smaller to just get draws to fold, but I bet a little heavier to get him to laydown kinda 88/77 type hands too.
