Proper apostrophes in NeoOffice

Does anyone know how to set up or switch on some AutoCorrect apostrophe in NeoOffice? They make some big deal about autocorrecting double-quote marks in the latest version but they don't seem to have sorted the single ones. Anyone any idea?
