    For a 360 to be repaired.Mine has gone to Germany and it has been in Germany for 10 days.How long did it take you

    Mine took about 5 days.

    It took about 2 weeks but after 10 days they had cancelled my ticket and had to issue a new one.
    If they have still not contacted you then I would call Microsoft and get them on it.

    Mines been away nearly 3 weeks.

    I got this email on the 9 Nov:

    English
    We have received your Xbox at our service center. It is our priority to process your Xbox in a timely manner and to get it back to you as good as new. We will contact you as soon as we are finished so you can get ready to get back into the game!

    I rang Xbox customer care on Friday to ask them about the repair. The girl asked me for the ups tracking number. I tried telling her that i knew it was received in the service centre and that I wanted an update on it. She told me she can only goto the ups website. I think I might wait till Tuesday when its exactly 3 weeks since UPS collected it.

    Worse thing is, the repair will probably fail. I know lads on another forum who are on their third replacement.

    EDIT: I decided to ring up. The idiots closed my service request for no reason aswell. I was in contact with ms multiple times.

    well it has been almost 4 weeks.did it take this long for anyone else?
