Just heard that Flushdraw has been drawn on the same table as Clonie Gowan, Mike Matusow, Eamonn O'Reilly and Ross Boatman. Nice soft one to start....

    Are antesup doing coverage today?

Interesting table. The Americans won't know what to make of Eamonn. At least Flushdraw has the advantage of knowing who he is (I assume).

According to DeV here they are.

Anyone know or reckon if they'd let a 20 year old in to rail? Would like to head in but amn't going to bother if they're not going to let me past the door!

Updates will be on antes up. Tom needs to get a 3G card first though as the promised WiFi is not there.

LOL I somehow knew Eamon wouldn't sell his ticket once he got there!! :D:p

Tony has taken a hit. he raised with QQ. Eamon called. Flop is 89T two diamonds. Tony bet 300. Eamonn called but accidenatlly puts in 1100, which is called as a raise. Tony reraises to 2500. Eamon calls.

    Turn is a 6.

    Check check. River K.

    Check check.

    Eamon shows KJ.

Then he took another hit against Clonie Gowan when he had AK on a KQx flop and she hit trip Qs on the river.

    Think he's on 5k.

Was thinking in general when is the next chance that you get to see this kinda of caliber player and also give some support to the boards players who are in there.

Flushdraw just updated me there. He's up to 24k after the unlucky start and I think the average is 14K. Bottom feeder is on 17K. He wasn't too sure what Dom was on.

Chris Ferguson, Mike Matuso & Surinder Sunar (sp) are all out.

Just had a text from Dom. He'd just doubled up to around 30k, with the average around 13k, and is happy. He has Howard Lederer and Eric Seidel at his table.

was in the se last night and clonie arrived in with 2 other yanks ,she was doin well at the 1/2 holdem table real piece of eye candy ,only realised who she was today
her two buddys sat at omaha table with us and were complaining that 1/2 was "soooo loow buddy ", one of them went on tilt after losing a €1200 POTwith his set of 7's to a flush on the river

    was very funny

    hi guys,
yeah home already, i ran into AA's i had QQ'S - all the action happened before the flop....

    guy utg raised to 1k - blinds were 150 - 300 ante 25...
folded around to me so i make it 4K....
fold fold fold and guy thinks about it for a couple of min's then goes all in.....
so back to me...... i no i no guys everytin was saying AA's or maybe KK's s [hence the pause]...... - but after an age i end up calling ???

    stupid :confused::confused:

anyway tony [flushdraw] was doin very well before i left around 35k'ish, playing some nice cards, dom is doin very well, around 30k'ish.....
players getting knocked out pretty fast....

ps --- head still sore after them AA's....

didnt really go into the details .... just three more to go before the break ....

    Hard luck bottom feeder.

After a couple of nice donations (and that's what they were really) I am on twice the average with 45k, but the field is quite bunched. I have Tony (Flushdraw) to my left, and Howard Lederer to his left. Nice. I'm keeping out of trouble, and as long as I can avoid making any fcuk ups or getting unlucky I am in good shape, and happy with my play (apart from one embarrassing mistake).

i found this great article about not exposing your hole cards while theres another player still in the pot. if only i could find a mod to sticky it, i think everyone should read it.

    please dont ban me

Just home myself..Finished up on 25.5k with 32 runners left.. Average is 22.5k but theres a couple of players over the 45k mark including Dom and the CL has 70k so its not my stack isnt too bad..

Tough starting table but Ross Boatman and the rest of the Hendon mob were no shows so 2 pros, the sexy clonie gowan and mike the mouth..also got joined by adrian quinn, conor doyle (who i doubled through) surindar sunar, and not forgetting eamonn o reilly....interesting!

Managed to get AA,KK,QQx2 ,AKx2 and AQ within the first 90 mins but still managed to be down to about 5k thanks to a couple of bloated pots that didnt go my way.

I built back up to 9k just before i doubled up, I had 77..conor raised from the button and i called. Flop comes 723. I check, he bets and i call. Turn is a 10 and i lead out and he pushed all in, i call and he has 88 and i double through.

Get moved to Doms (5starpool) and end up with Dom on the right and howard lederer on the BB, eric siedel briefly UTG..Made a few steals and bets early on and also got caught once or twice then i got in a tough spot..

blinds 150/300..mp (Alan Smurfit i think) makes it 900 and Dom raises to 2200 (i think)..MP is counting his chips, he has 6.5k..I look down and find to JJ in the SB..fack fack fack! I think about making it 5k to go but i dont want both the MP and Dom in the pot. if the flop comes 3 rags or overcards and i bet, and get raised, i have to throw it away so i decide to fold preflop and wait for a better chance. MP calls Doms raise and they see a 10 10 2 flop which Dom take down with a 5k bet. He had AK

Manage to climb up to about 30k when I make a raise to 2k from LP and a shortish stack hungarian lad goes all in on the BB for 6k more. He didnt look too strong or confident so i make the call with QJ. he has 88 and i flop the nuts and take him out.

I then make a little extra when i check raised lederers bet of 2500 to 6300 on a Q99 baord with A6..That put me in a healthy position.

Going smoothly until 35 left when i tried to outsmart lederer in a battle of the blinds....anyways, to cut a long story short, i bet 5500 on the river of an A94Q4 board holding 92 and he pushed allin for 17k more. A bad call would have crippled me but i felt i had the best of it. I just couldnt push my chips across the line so i folded shop and handed him the pot...

A bit of a downer to end the night but generally in good spirits.. Looking forward to doing battle tomorrow. Good luck Dom but keep ur stinking eyes off my BB u thief!!

I folded the last 2 times didn't I? First hand tomorrow is my SB so we'll see. We'll split it Tony ok? We'll get rid of Lederer and the rest in short order and do business ;)

Good luck to you tomorrow too, and I hope we keep out of each others way.

Yeah suppose u did fold but the young chap Paul on ur right is having a go at stealing too, nicely played with the 66 when u hit a house btw...

Get lederer out of the way and that bloke 2 to your right ( John was saying he won the austrian leg of the EPM ) and we could be motoring! It'd be better if we didnt clash but its alsmost inevitable considering table position...ah well, at least we'll double one or the other up!

Well done 5 star and flushdraw doin very well . keep it up. I busted just before the day ended. Got involved with with JJ vrs QQ. Reason for calling his all in re-raise was that i fiqured i needed alot more chips than the 8k i was sitting on to be in with any chance of making the money and just hoped he had 10 10 or A K. every hand i raised got re-raised on the table with Andy Black ALLen Cunningham and alot of other super aggressive players.

On another note a player at my previous table Thomas Wahlroos was hugely impressive. From finland he is one of one of the most impressive players ive ever played against.

Thanks for the supprt lads. Just home now and gonna chill out for an hour or so before i hit the sack. Busy day tomorrow with coz we have to go do interviews, get hooked up with mics and heat monitors and all that jazz!

Had a tough day today, woke up feeling rough as fcuk which didnt help. Anyways, sat down with 25.5k and within 15 mins had 16k then made a bad read and got extremely lucky against howard lederer to double up to 33k

Climbed gradually to about 70k over the next couple of hours where they then joined the tables with 16 left(they replaced the now elimated Lederer with Andy Black so my BB was still a nightmare). Had 80k and 2nd in chips when i was moved to the other table. Suddenly i was dwarfed by 3 other stacks, 2 of which were on my immediate right. There was about 70% of the chips in play on this table and no offense to my previous table, but this was a different kettle of fish altogether! Nightmare position.

I was in one of the worst spots available.very very impressive Finnish player Thomas Wahlroos to my right, CL and Austrian EPM winner to his right and just for good measure, El Blondie to my left in the BB!

Got up to 110k and then took 2 or 3 big hits to go back to 45k. Back up to 80k, then down again before finally finishing up on 106k. Bit of a rollercoaster table but i think i might have a slight advantage in that i've played a couple of hours at both tables and have seen how all players play whereas most of the FT wouldnt have seen "how the other half live" hopefully this is the little edge i need to go deep..

Dom me oul mate, good luck tomorrow. If the seating positions stay the same, we're back were we started the day side by side. theres not a hope that we can get through this game without bluffing each other, especially blind on blind. As its gonna be on TV, no hard feelings if any bluffs are pulled off. We both have to play to win and take no prisoners!!
