Anyone know where I can buy one of these in Ireland?

Is there a particular reason why the PCI SATA controller must be a VIA 6421a one ?

Because an extremely large amount of all add-in SATA controllers use Silicon Image chips.

I presume someone needs to restore a RAID array created using that chipset.
