Stars 1-2 6 max nl he
    Stacks
    Hero 175
    Villain 300

Villain has been overbetting pots all over the place his standard raise has been 6BBs even from a folded to sb
He has raised pre flop 23% hands and he has a VPIP of 45

    Bit of History
I have been playing very tight
    Hand 1
I raise to 7 with AJ on button
Villain and 1 limper Calls in SB
Flop Jxx checked to me i bet 15 Villain min raises to 30 i re-raise to 55 he folds
Hand 2 I raise in Co to 8 with 99 villain calls in button
Flop T6x i bet 14 on flop he in raises to 28 i just call
We end up checking down he mucks it turns out he has A6

Villain has been pretty awful really but has hit 2 sets in raised pots against overpairs and got paid

I have just lost a chunk of change folding to a 3 bet on the flop from an unkown

    the Hand

I raise to 7 on CO with 78 villain calls and 1 limper
flop 784 two tone Checked from limper to me I bet 15 villain min raises to 30 limper folds I re-raise to 75 he pushs

    mmmm
Do we like my line ?
does anybody find a fold here ?

Apart from min-raising too much Post flop, you haven't shown him getting too out of line with your post. (post flop obviously) If he missed he seemed to give up after his crappy min-raise.

More than likely he has 77, 88 or 44, but equally he could be doing this with 99, 1010, so it's a bit mneh... you're probably pot committed with the re-raise, did you just fire it out or had you a reason for 3 betting there.

I Dont play a lot of hands these days expermenting with a TAG approach
When i see somebody appearing to be picking of my Continuation bets i will often 3 bet a board where JJ+ would be pretty strong
Giving them a slap on the wrist
So when I have done this a couple of times with marginal hands I go again with stronger hands in the hope I get looked up

I felt villain would pick up on this and maybe find a call with two overcards or 1 pair in the hope I would slow down on turn

When he pushed back i got worried I am sure I would have heard from JJ+ before now and i think he flat calls with TT here
Doesnt leave alot that I am ahead of
