Galway & Surrounding Areas €5000 Charity Tournament Thurs 16th

Hello All,

I would like to let all of you, Galway and The West lads know that:

Salthill-Knocknacarra GAA are running a fundraiser poker tournament. (PokerEvents will conduct events on the night.
Date: Thursday 16th 2006
Start Time: 7.30pm (Reg open from 6.30pm)
Where: Ardilaun House Hotel, Taylors Hill Galway
How Much: €50 with 2 re-buys only @ €50 each
Ticket available in the Westwood this Wednesday or on the door
Registration Fee: €0 (PokerEvents is not receiving any monies what-so-ever from the players buy-ins. Anton O Reilly from Supermacs Salthill has sponsored PokerEvents fee for the night.)
Guarantee: €5000 Guaranteed and not capped, however it is a fundraiser and it will be announced exactly how much is going to Salthill/Knocknacarra GAA on the night.
Dealers at every table
Tournament Director Donal MacAonghusa has the Final Say should there be any disputes

All are welcome and a big field is expected.

This is all I know at the moment and should i be made aware of further information I will post it up.

What are the blinds and structure for this event?

Hello Con Leche,

All blind levels are included.

The clock has not been set as yet, it will be set on the night depending on the numbers which arrive. The expected time levels is to be 15 - 20 minutes as the tournament needs to be finished by 2.00am. Donal MacA will provide the best structure possible while finishing within the time restrictions.

Big numbers are expected
