Ufo?

Ok, no one believes me when I say this, or else it's just explained away as a sattelite...

One night in May about 2/3 years ago, I was walkin along and it was still brightish, I saw a really big bright star thing, as bright as venus and about 10 times bigger hanging really low in the sky. It was so bright n yellowy, I walked home in about 15 min still looking at it, then I lost track of it. Just disappeared. I ran in home to get my bro to help find it again. After about 10 min we said forget it. Then, in the sky, we saw it start to grow from nothing outwards to the original shape and it shot across the sky upwards til it disappeared, was so fast. Whole thing took about 10 seconds. Was so so strange!

I've never neen one to believe in aliens or anything, so was it a weird shooting star or what? Any similar experiences or suggestions?

i had an experiance with 3 other friends over sally gap in the wicklow mountains, we watched 5 ojects dance in the sky and stop suddenly and change directions sharply. Very strange, we watched them for about 15 minutes! It was abput 3 years ago.

There are certain times when Venus can appear very large almost like a second sun.

Myself and a friend seen something similar to this on the 28th Nov 2005 in Holyhead between 7.30pm - 8pm, it was very big, bright and had a yellowish tint to it. It was moving slowy for about 5 minutes so at first we thought it was a satellite but all of a sudden it bolted across the sky back in the direction it came from in a flash, we never saw anything move that fast nor have we to this day

It def wasnt venus, cos it flew off...

The Yanks are testing a New UAV that is Saucer shaped called Aurora, maybe the thing you saw, shiny object capable of speed and V/STOL rumoured to be Operating in the UK.

UAV? It was a good while ago now. And it wasnt saucer shaped, was like a massive yellowy star r sumthn. But that does make sense with the speed, but this thing was about 100 times faster than any plane i'v ever seen

Seems like Hellboy had a pretty similar experience to I did. I'm not crazy!! Woo!

As you can see they vary incredibly in size and aerodynamic shape and are capable of High speed and G forces above 9G as that is what a modern Fighter pilot can pull in a High Velocity machine such as the F15E Strike Eagle.
