I'm going to purchase a digital camera from www.dell.com in the next few days. Basically, this camera will be covered for loss and theft under my dad's house insurance. I asked ulster bank with whom my dad has a house insurance policy with and i'm unable to specify it so as to be covered for accidental damage. I'm just wondering what others have done with regards to insuring their digital cameras for accidental damage. Is it worth my while? If i do damage it could i just claim for loss or theft or is it that easy? Any feedback would be appreciated. thanks
