RAR files

    Hi,

    I'm new to mac, i've had a mac mini for about a month now and i love it.

    I've installed FM2007 on it, but i'm trying to download the packs, but they are all WinRAR files, compressed so they will need expanding

    However what can i use to unzip them on my mac?

    You want to unrar, not unzip :)

    Zip decompressoin is shipped with stuffit expander.

    First google hit: UnrarX

    Works well enough for me :)

    if you go to http://www.rarlab.com and go to the downloads page there's a link for downloading rar for Mac OSX. It's a tar archive so you'll have to extract it. It's also only command line, but if you read up on the documentation you should find out how to use it.

    I got the latest version of Stuffit and it supports .rar expanding.

    Works just fine
