Cant play on live!

    Hi, i am trying to get onto xbox live but it tells me i need to install an update and everytime i try to do this it just keeps failing!! :confused:

    Ive tested the connection and its fine.

    I dont know what to do , i have eircom BB. Can anybody help??? im dying to play Nfs carbon and PES on live!

    Did you have live! before with that router? if not try this, -

    if you are using the netopia modem follow this link: http://192.168.1.254/ (brings you into your 'modem')

    Now on the left hand side

    click on expert mode - (click yes to confirm)

    click on configure -

    click on connection

    at the bottom of your screen look for upnp and click on the the box beside to deselect it -

    click save changes - and you 'should' be set to go.
