DVD Hd and Chorus

    Hi I posted this before but think it was in wrong section,sorry. Does anyone know if a DVD HD can work with Chorus, i mean can u tape one channel while watching another? thank you

    Only the rubbish Analogue.
    Otherwise wait for UPC's cable PVR or get two Chorus boxes

    Its a DVD HDD PVR

    DVD HD sounds a bit like HD DVD, which plays High Definition Disks.

    Even with two chorus MMDS boxes you can't select the Chorus channel from the recording device, so you can't achieve Sky+ or TiVo like functionality.

    Will the UPC PVR apply to cable installations only?

    yeah I read about the plans for the UPC PVR in the SBP but took it with a pinch of salt. Anyone know what box they will use? google-ing for "UPC PVR" doesn't return favourable reviews :(
