So will Tribeca tables be migrating to the Ipoker software or vice versa?

That's a shame. I think Tribecas best feature other than the fish is it's interface.

true-playtech interface isnt the most appealing and I'm not very fond of the blind levels either.

I must check out this playtech interface thingy. It's got to be better than the tribeca one.....

Perhaps the new owners will listen to us when we scream at them about certain issues and actually DO something because the current owners of Tribeca seem to be muppets.
The term "Freezeout" might also be known to them. Personally I think this is good news.

Any idea on what the average numbers will be on this site after the migration?

    Shortstack,

How does this effect Green Joker Poker, was thinking, as you know, of joining in the next week or two, so whats going to be happening over the next 6 months or so, are you going to stay with tribeca or is it even possible to move to another network??

Ive played on Titan before and i really liked their software and tourney structures but Titans suport is horrible at worst.

Turn off the avatars and background (if you can) and it won't look too bad. I must log on for a look later.

Anyone got any idea when the change is slated to happen? Will this affect the Tain network joining tribeca? I presume they will just move to this new platform too?

    ugh
i've played on titan before,i really hate their interface
odd that ipoker is buying tribeca,it seems like a much smaller network

The merger is not going to happen until the first quarter of next year. Tain are still merging with Tribeca.

The Ipoker software is more flexible and the developers easier to work with. I would imagine that the tournies will be similar to what they are on Tribeca now.

As far as support goes that will stay the same as it is now, individual skins offer the customer support. I am available 24/7 for any GJP customers.

Tribeca will no longer exist so you won't be able to go to another skin with the same software.

What do you mean by this Mike? I presume you just mean that people can't just change site to stay on the same skin as is currently in use, rather than what it looks like (to me) and that there will not be different skins available on this new network.

In general do Tribeca skins sign network deals for a specified period of time (say 12 months) or what's they story? I presume this leaves open the possibility of the likes of BlueSq or PPP moving to a different network instead of automatically moving to the new software.

Im not mad on the noble poker software, I was just after coming around to liking the tribeca set up.

Dom I mean there will be no place to play on the current tribeca software once the merger goes ahead.

Cages such as Bluesq, VC & PPP sign deals for a period of time, not sure if they have a get out clause or not. Bluesq seem very pleased with this merger. From the sound of it the long term benefits will be good.

Ya, I figured that but wasn't 100% what you were saying.

Hopefully this will work out well for all parties anyhow. I might even start back playing on some of those skins again!! If I do it will be GJP too ;)
