    Well we've had lenses of insanity, so why not cameras?

    Behold, the Seitz 6x17

    160 megapixels, 16x7cm native photo size, ISOs 500-10k, and with a shutter speed of 1/20,000. It doesn't even take memory cards, it connects directly to a supplied Mac Mini. All this for a cool thirty thousand euros.

    500 is the lowest ISO? Why would they do that? And surely 10K would be a grainy mess? Or is that irrelevant when you've got 160MP to play with?

    I dont like it one bit.

    I want teck specs.
    I've seen scan backs before and their slow oh so slow.

    You know you have to cary a Mac mini around to use that thingy plus the power supply for the camera and mac.

    I'd put it up there as a camera of insanity, I can only imagine what sort of crazy photos you'd get from a kid with one of these
