    Hi,

Sorry if this has been asked before, but can anyone tell me what I need to connect a 360 to an Apple Mac cinema display 20" screen?

It's really hard to get a ACD to work with the xbox 360.

Check out the games section of the macrumors forums.

Apple ACD's are DVI-D only, so will not accept component or vga signals as they are analogue.

The only way you can get them to work is to but a VGI to DVI-D convertor box

    http://www.ramelectronics.net/html/DVI_ADC-converter.html

there is one here, second on the page. specs

The VGA to DVI Conversion Box
EXT-VGA-2-DVI Price: $299.00 Add to cart
Please Specify the type of Monitor you will be using:
    1280x1024, 1600x1200 VESA Standard Timing
    New 20 Inch Apple DVI
    New 23 Inch Apple DVI
    1024x768, 15, 17, 20, 22 or 23 Inch Apple ADC
    1280x1024 @ 60hz Locked
17 Inch ADC Monitor w/ OSX Tiger
    Formac Gallery 2010

But as you can see it's $300.. :(

There is NO cheaper options, you should have bought the Dell 20" at least that had VGA (alongside DVI) and uses the same Samsung LCD panel as the ACD (even though it looks like crap in comparison) ;)...

ooooh, that is quite a nasty price tag. Guess I'll just stick to using the standard tv! Thanks a lot!
