Will this effect liquidity on Paddy Power STTourney's.

I asked people at my table before when playing and they all seemed to be paddy power players so although cash games seem to be tribeca wide the STT's seem to be just PPP. Paddy power wouldnt have a big american base (i think theyre actually not allowed on PPP if im not mistaken although you do see the odd person from usa there. Im sure it will be Doyles room more than anything that will suffer???

Do any of the skins (PPP/VC/GJP/etc) get a choice in the matter or is it all down to Tribeca providing the platform?

A player from any skin can play at any table, unless its one specifically set up by that skin. I think the paddy power only ones show up in green. But anyone can sit in the standard tourny, stt tables.

Weird, last time i asked the 3 or 4 people that did reply said they were playing Paddy Power although not everyone answered. Im playing now and ill ask them again out of interest

    Edit........
Your right, someone replied theyre from blue square

Is the US base a big percentage on the tribeca network, will i notice a decline in liquidity do you think or will the twain merger make up the difference?

I dont know the actual figures but I believe that VC & PPP are the biggest contributors to Tribeca. When Tain joins there will be more people playing than now even without Doyles room or Golden Palace.

Stt's are usually network wide unless in green and then they are skin specific, the same goes for multi's.

    does this take effect immediately?

What does this mean for the big guaranteed tournaments Eg the 20k guarantee and the big sunday tourneys, will the prizepools in these be significantly lowred or will we see an overlay?

Hold your horses folks, it might not be all gloom 'n' doom yet.

It look's like Doyle's Room & co. will be serving the US market still, so happy days!
Online poker: Doyles Room to continue in US despite Tribeca exit
Despite Tribeca Network issuing a statement Friday that it would be pulling out of the US market, Gambling911.com endorsed Doyles Room (see poker room here) will continue to serve the US market.

Following a long period of consultation with it’s gaming attorneys, Tribeca Tables Europe, Limited, the online poker solutions company, has announced that the company has decided to withdraw it’s poker room from certain territories; specifically the US, Israel, and Hong Kong markets.

Doyles Room is one of Tribeca's largest poker room clients. Other rooms served by Tribeca with a large US presence include Golden Palace Poker and BetUS Poker, both of which are expected to continue taking on customers from the States.

"Tribeca is giving its US facing clients 6 months to find another poker network," a source told Gambling911.com late Friday.

While Doyles Room has plenty of time to contemplate its next move, some insiders suggest the poker room may purchase Tribeca's US facing network similar to what we witnessed with Sportingbet and Sportsbook.com.

"There are several options on the table," said our source.

Doyles Room has become a major poker site contributing to Tribeca's current Top 10 ranking. The site offers some of the largest tournament prizes and bonuses on the web today while allowing poker players to go up against special celebrity guest players such as Nicky Hilton and Doyle Brunson himself.

Just this week, Pamela Anderson announced her poker site (a partnership with Doyles Room) would be closing down.

I don't understand this, does it mean that we might continue to play against Doyles and GPalace players on Tribeca, or does 'Tribecas US facing network' imply that Doyles would set up a separate network, thus meaning these players disappear from Tribeca?

Its probably fairly clear, but I'm just a thicko priest from the island.

Also any ideas why Tribeca are pulling out of Israel and HK, I'd have thought these relatively wealthy Middle and FarEast countries would be exactly where any poker company would want to expand ?. Is there some legal issue here that I've havn't read about?
