at the moment I am wearing So...?Desirable and altho I love the smell it just doesnt last. After about 10 minutes people just cant get any smell of it at all.
Im looking for something similar in smell, not overpowering but something that people will get a whiff off as they walk by.
    any ideas?

I think the key to making perfume last longer is layering the fragrance..eg if there is a scented body lotion in the brand of perfume that you wear, put that on as well as your perfume..also if you spray a small bit on your hairbrush, there'll be subtle hint of it in your hair as well as whatever you put on normally..(dont over do it or you'll get greasy hair)..Hope this helps..

Spray you hair with it, perfumes and scent due to the warmth of your skins temp and that we shed skin cells can fade.
That is not an issue with hair.

invent a perfume version of the plug-in air freshners that spray every 90 minutes, but this can be a tiny one, dat connects to ur iPod!

The main thing is that you become immune to the smell yourself, like working in a fish factory, so to speak. Just because you can't smell it, doesn't mean other people can't.
The way a scent projects itself is called sillage. (pronounced sill-edge, not silage that you feed cows). Good sillage means you and others will smell it as you waft around the place. Look at a website like Basenotes.com to read reviews. Alien by Thierry Muglier is an example of a perfume with good sillage.
A good way of getting a temporary boost of scent is the slightly wet the area where the perfume was applied earlier. It doesn't really wash off because your skin has absorbed it.
I think applying it to your hair would probably dry your hair out, not make it greasy. Perfumes are all heavily alcohol based, and alcohol works as a thinner which will disolve natural oils in your hair. Pure perfume oil (tiny bottle) wouldn't do this.

First of all, So... perfume is well a cheap perfume, and cheap perfumes dont particurally last no matter what you do!

Id suggest you visit the Perfume Shop or your local chemist and get a few samples of good perfumes. Expect to pay 30-40 euros on average.

Your pulse points as you probably know are your wrists, behind ears and behind knees. Also when finished lightly spray mist into the air and walk through it (with your eyes closed!!!) and the scent will fall on your clothes and your hair and hopefully lasting longer.

    Hope this helps.

Are you sure that people cannot smell it any more or is it just you. It helps to alternate perfumes every now and then.

Also, perfume lasts longest on well moistured skin. So, it will last longer if you spray it on right after moisturising.
