    Development of Draft HGV Management Strategy

    A briefing document has been prepared covering the following aspects of the HGV Management Strategy

    * the final determination of the cordon boundary
    * the City Council’s position on a possible revision of East Link and West Link toll rates and
    * the treatment of ‘over height’ HGVs.

    The documentation is available for download from the links below.

    The City Council invites interested individuals and organisations who wish to comment on the issues covered in the document to submit written comments to:
