If this is in the wrong forum, I apologise!

I'm planning on trying to improve my overall fitness and diet. I'm 18, 5'11, and JUST barely over 9 stone.

I think my weight is far too low considering my height and age.
My eating pattern is very random, and I usually eat very little when I do. I get hungry regulary, but still dont eat much.
Fitness wise, I'm pretty bad too. Only the last 2-3 months have I been doing much excercise, with it compromising of 5 a side soccer at least twice a week, and my part time job at weekends involves a fair bit of walking.

Iv'e actually lost weight since I started work and college, and that's not good.
Anyone have any advice/tips or even links to a suitable diet for someone of my build? Anything at all that could be of help.

    Thanks.

    Hey Grumpy,
you havent really said what your goals are but i can see the majority of your problem right here
My eating pattern is very random, and I usually eat very little when I do. I get hungry regulary, but still dont eat much.

The simple fact is, the amount of time and effort you put in to something, whether it's restoring a classic car, having a lovely house or garden, or having a body that everyone is jealous of, will directly influence the level you reach with that endeavour. It's basic economics.

Im assuming you want to put on a bit of weight, maybe fill out the t-shirt? Stick your goals and amount of time you can devote to training up and i'm sure there will be a ton of help within 24 hours.

Anyway, best of luck with your new adventure mate, and welcome to the fold.
