Paradise $5,000 good or bad?

    The current promotion from ParadisePoker, where you get $5,000 in your bonus account. Did everyone get this $5,000? Is it a "good deal" at all or just a % rakeback?

    $1 worth of rake = 1 point.

    100 Points = $5 Bonus.

    Therefore, it works out at about 5% Rakeback, nothing to get too excited about and it only lasts for 30 days, so mneh...

    Right. Their e-mail sounded as if it was an amazing deal. And there was $5,000 in my (bonus) account. Sounded a bit "too good"... Thanks for the replies guys!

    Look at it this way, you'd have to generate $100,000 worth of rake in 30 days to get the full bonus...
