security in stansted

    Hi,

    does anyone know what the average queue time for the security check at stanstead is like at the moment? I'm planning on going to Holland via Stansted, and the time between the two flights is a bit tight, (1.5 hr) so if there are massive queues I'd have to find an alternative.

    They did have the same result up for travel on the 4/11/06 but it's been taken off for some reason.

    Absolutely no pattern I'm afraid.

    I've queued on a Saturday/Sunday evening for 45 minutes, I've alos sailed through on a Friday morning in about 5 minutes.

    I use Stansted a lot, and I wouldn't go for anything less than a 3hr gap.
