I have an interview coming up as a trainee recruitment consultant with an agency in dublin I have never been in sales before I am coming from a pharmaceutical/medical devices area and I was wondering what to expect? any tips advice greatly appreciated

It is a very aggressive sales environment. They want sharks so play that card.
