Does anyone know of a website that will display how many people are booking their flight tickets online?

I have tried many areas but all i get is total passenger numbers.

Check the annual reports section of the relevant website. Each airline is likely to give the percentage.

This may or may not include the percentage sold through third party websites.

A lot of airline might regard that as commercially sensitive information and be reluctant to release it except on those occasions where they are required to, such as annual reports and shareholder/analyst meetings.

If you can get hold of the IPO prospectus for Aer Lingus you can probably find the details for theirs in there.

    Infact its here

    Twas 71% in 2005.
