Patella Tendonitis

    Hi Everyone

    I've been suffering from Patella Tendonitis caused by ITB. And I've been doing pyhsio on it for around 3 months. I've started Yoga and I stretch maybe 3 times a day and it was improving. Then on saturday it was backl worse than ever.

    I want to run marathons again, I've done 2 before.

    I'd like to know has anyone gotten over Patella Tendonitis and ITB to finish a marathon and how did they do it?
