Just bought a 2gb Disco Lite portable USB drive which is supposed to be plug and play, says to put it in and it'll go through a info presentation. Did that and nothing - system tried to do an 'Autoplay' but nothing happens apart from PC crashing twice.

Tried their website for troubleshooting but me being me I get a problem not listed!! Anyone think of anything I'm doing wrong or did I just get a dud!

    Any advice?

    Thanks

Windows XP - there was a site to download drivers for Windows 98 but everything else just needed plugging in whether PC or Mac. I've used other brands before with no problem. I was out today so I decided to bring it back - and typically it worked fine for them but they offered me my money back so I took it - I'll try again another time!!

Can't understand what I did wrong - although as I only had to plug it in can't see there was anything to do wrong!!

Sometimes pen drives won't show up in My comp if drive F: is already mapped. Have seen this with so many usb devices.
