    2) no - not all items have reserves. only if it says (reserve not met)

    Just to add to the above, some people have reported difficulties when using their 3v cards with Paypal just incase you have problems.
    It normally would say Reserve Not Met, beside the current bid so it looks like there is no reserve with this one and incase you missed it on the auction, the unit is refurbished.
