    you notice some time the opponent falls and it looks like nothing has happened to him... he actually got kicked that fast it hard to see the kick....

    Yes...I know that lad to see, i did not realise he was a top champ!!!!

    Paddy, they run in the morning, but they only train muay thai 3pm session.

    so Sityodthing camp figther just do the one session a day.

    Though its open for us foreign people to go in and train in the morning, which suits me better, more attention from the trainers.

    Its interesting to see the difference in how Sityodthong Train as opposed to Nong Ki Nongkipahuyut where Nampon (nampol) and Numkabuun came from.

    Sityodthing do more boxing and strikes, while Nong Ki Nongkipahuyut is clinch and kicks 1 -2 hours clinch and 3000 kicks a day left right in set of 100 for the teenage fighters.

    Speaking of Numkabuun , Craig told me National Geographic did a film on him years back, when he was champ, about Muay Thai fighters. I cannot find a copy anywhere....any leads for me...been scouring the web looking for it.
