    Avoid, it's noisy and nearly impossible to take off once you put it on.

    And alot of 360's were left with scorch marks on the plastic where it connects into the 360 power plug. If your console breaks and MS sees this they won't repair it.

    I have one and its alright! my 360 did however get the 3 red lights yesterday though.

    cant be that good then if your xbox broke while it was on it..... its supposed to reduce heat and prevent that from happening. Looks like they should be avoided

    I heard. Its meant to be not suitable as it pulls extra power from the brick which can cause problems with the 360 as its designed to get the right amount of power from the brick during start up;

    Also from what i read microsoft have been asking people were they using the cooler when they call about the 3 red light problems. As its a 3rd party product they dont like it being used.

    I think the other cooler that you use when the machine is standing upright is supposed to be better as it plugs into a USB port.
