    Me ~ 400
    Villain just about covers

Just moved recently to the main table, so no reads on villain.

I limp aqo in early position, 2/3 more limps, villain raises to 15 in mp. 2 of us call.

    pot~ 50

    Flop

    qqj rainbow

    I lead out for 40

Guy to my left calls, I know this guy well, fairly loose, would call here with a jack or a straight draw, probably re-raise with a q.

Villain, pots it for around 180.

    Action on me....

Is calling not better, we're not giving the odds. Do we not want him in the hand?

Calling and shoving are both fine here. In fact I would say shoving is probably best given the size of the pot relative to your stack. Yes - I'm all in.

without any reads on the villain, stick it in now. You arent calling off half your stack here without at least a Q. You played the hand well and got what you wanted, your OOP and i dont think we get the chance to chance to CRAI enough on the turn. Stick it in, and hope to get called by AA/KK or straight draws.
