    Hard to know if Ireland will get one, not since Apple made deals wiht 02 and 3G stores to sell apple products, but I guess one can hope...

    Now that I think of it -- I guess we're too small for our own dedicated store just yet.
    Online store & O2/3G will suffice for now, I guess.

    Well there are only 5 million people in Scotland.

    There are more than that on the Island of Ireland and I'm sure that Apple would consider NI as part of the catchment area.

    Also, the economy here is a lot more boyant.

    So, I would assume it'll happen sooner or later.

    The major problem is that city centre Dublin property is incredabily expensive for retailers to rent. There's a serious shortage of retail space. Apple could just consider Dublin far too expensive for the size of the catchment area and they will not open out in the suburbs, unless perhaps at Dundrum.
