You don't need any of them. Buy either an official component lead or an offical VGA lead and you will see a huge increase in picture quality. You are really missing out alot not running the 360 in HD when you can.

If you bought a premium Xbox360 it comes with a component lead, just plug the connections into the corresponding slots and leave the yellow one unconnected.
