We are having a bit of debate in the NW forum about a speeding case being dismissed as the judge deemed that driving at 195km/hour was not dangerous. (Newspaper report). Most likely he was right but it seems the law is an ass once again if this is indeed correct. On a general note can anyone state what exactly constitutes…
