They are cheap to buy new - JJB sports usually have a few for about 60-80 quid IIRC. Vjs and Argos and other places have 'em as well. The big thing to consider with a hanging punchbag is have you somewhere secure to hang it as when they move they put a lot of strian on whatever they'e hung from. Also, do not hit a punchbag without wrapping your hands first
