Play Asia have it at $39.90 US dollah (says in stock on October, so you might want to check on that).

I don't know anything about consoles, these are region free (or can be made so I assume), yes?

It's up to the developer if 360 games are region free and Fifa 07 is not. Can't make the 360 completely region free either so you'll have to buy a PAL edition.
