Cancelled order with 3V voucher

I cancelled an order with CDWOW and got an email from some Wordplay crowd saying that my credit card has being refunded but I checked my 3V account and the funds are not there. Any advice on what I should do?

About 3-5 business days normally in my experience, no need to panic just yet.
