    Hello All:

Here is some training video of me today 28 Oct in Sityodthing Camp in Pattaya.

Posting my vids, as I want to get any constructive feedback from Paddy Clint (me 1st Thai Instructor Kru Paddy!) and indeed all the other experienced coaches and trainers on here.

This is coaching vids, so there is breaks in the action for instruction.

    Any tips?

    I see ususal myself

    1. Keep hands up, though I do drop them when he's telling me something.
    2. Turn hips into kick more
    3. My Knees are slow and weak so work on them
    4. Up on Toes more

click the link and let the video load up...might take a few mins if you got no broadband.

This is in famous Sityodthong Muay Thai Camp outside Pattaya Thailand, not far from my home....which make many top famous Thai champion fighters.

I am just back training, this is my first week back after a 4 week bad illness which I was in and out of hospital for, so my energy is only about 60 of normal, and i am a bit rusty!

I would give myself a 60- 65 ish % grade for my skills on this sesson today.
I was bolloxed to be honest. so will take a few months to build stamina back up.

1st 3 links are short about 60 secss

    aye the shouting...Kiai!

Master Pramote, who I train in Isan for 6 months, makes all fighter shout...and you tought karate was bad for it. He trained a few world champs who beat Ramon Decker...so Namon being one...so there must be some wisdom to it. (not to mention countless thai champs too )

I have experiement with both...and the shouting (ki ai) gets more power and more "sprit" into it, plus I think I read somewhere, it helps get more oxygen it to lungs = more stamina and energy. it defo helps me.

plus there is a slight chance it might startle the opponent or break his concentration a bit! or he might think your nuts, and be wary!

    KIIIIIIIIAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIII

Also from NLP shouting out or saying aloud things helps you learn better, retain things and remember . now thats too big to explain here, buts its used in NLP Learning Tehniques with success.
