UK and Ireland to miss Cyber Sunday and more?

It doesn't look like we're going to be able to watch Cyber Sunday live on Sky unfortunately. Here is what Wrestlemag.com are reporting:
In a quick follow-up from the story we posted here on WrestleMag back on Tuesday regarding whether Cyber Sunday was to air live in the UK (click here if you missed that), as of this afternoon my understanding was that no deal had been agreed to air the show either via Sky Sports or on PPV via Sky Box Office.

BSkyB (Sky) are still instructing their staff to advise customers that the show not air, and although a deal may still be agreed over the weekend (or even this evening, which is possible), the chances are starting to look slim. According to sources I’ve spoken to, Sky were of the impression that WWE would, and I quote, “give Sky the show", but with WWE already fulfilling their end of the five-year deal that was signed back in 2004, they are under no obligation to allow Sky the rights to air the PPV.

WWE’s stance appears to be that they are already going out of their way to give UK fans the most WWE programming they possibly can as they already give Sky programming that they don’t have to in the form of monthly specials (which are usually edited versions of WWE’s ‘Feature DVDs, the most recent to air being a TV version of the McMahon DVD). While a deal as of this afternoon didn’t appear to be likely, providing Sky are willing to pay to obtain the rights, the show will air.

That's bad enough but this is what really concerns me...
With December’s ECW brand PPV also falling outside of the terms of the WWE-BSkyB contract, it remains to be seen whether or not viewers in the UK will be able to see ‘December to Dismember’ live via Sky.

I certainly wouldn't want to miss that PPV live. I hope some sort of deal is worked out.

Guess I'm not going to get to see Cyber Sunday live either although the card doesn't excite me that much anyway. Still a shame though. :(
