It's not the phone. It's you. In withdrawal. Get some more heroin.

Remember that time you got surgery on your leg? The surgeons phone fell in.

    He's still looking for it.

I keep feeling a zit on my forehead.
Does this mean it's not really there and nobody else notices it?

I get this as well, it can be caused by one of 3 things

    1. Movement of the body causing one piece of cloths rubbing against another.
    2. Involuntary Trombone spasms in the area of the phone.
    3. Magic hairy Scots fairy things that like to hang out in pockets and shake phones.

Personally I think it's the voices have left their phones on vibrate, they seem to get more phone calls then me anyway.

"Involuntary musical spasms" - as seen in the Top 20.

this is happening to me a lot recently, I am continually thinking that my fone is vibrating and it's not ! [strike]!!![strike]

Does this happen to many other people ?[strike]?[/strike]
The problem is due to rf induced mechanical resonance in your thin foil hat. Putting a small crease in it should solve reduce the effect.

Or stand further back from telephone masts and black vans.

sometimes my leg vibrates but it turns out to be my phone,i don't why i sometimes keep it so tucked under my skin,it really hurts when i take it out.
