Thinking of adding another game to my repertoire, one that doesnt contain the word "Holdem".

    Choosing Omaha:

    1) Any particular interesting/helpful books out there?
    2) What levels are best to start at?
    3) Any particular sites that are weaker than others?
    4) Any other advice you can think of?

    Aprreciate any feedback. cheers

    Hi Eggie,

Here is a recent thread that might be of some use to you.

My intial advice to you would be to look it uo via Google to get the basics, and play some microlevel or play money stuff at first, not to get a feel for correct strategy, but jsut to get a feel for the game in general. If you can afford it and see how it works, then you can get enough information etc on starting hand requirements, basic strategies and likely holdings from the interweb.

    Good luck with it.

The Reaction to Rolf Slotbooms' Secrets of Professional Pot-Limit Omaha Excerpt 2 seemed to get a decent though varied reaction on 2P2
