Due to the phenomenal interest in the Boards End of Month Game I am proposing a Boards EOM Poker Tour.

Most clubs run an end of month tournament but not all put on a festival. If we could co-ordinate dates throughout the year then players could travel to events knowing that they would be assured of a big field (lots of qualifiers), big buy-in (€250-€350), two day tournament.

Clubs that spring to mind outside of Dublin are the Cue Club Killarney, the Macau Cork, Big Slick Carlow, Shamrock Club Waterford, Adelaide Casino Sligo, Ritz Club Magherafelt, Bridge Club Banbridge, to name but a few.....

If you're interested could you PM me or email stephen[at]pokerireland.ie
My idea is to basically get Poker Clubs around the country to work together to promote poker.

If there's no interest then fair enough but I think its about time players were offered the thing that is lacking in Irish poker (a regular practice ground for championship events).
