Blackberry syncing with Notes and Outlook

Not 100% sure that this is the rigth place, but here goes:

I'm having an issue with a blackberry:

In our company we us lotus notes for our email, contacts, etc. The problem i have is that all our Blackberries sync. their email, contacts, memos, etc. through to Lotus Notes, and everybody is happy. Except one guy. One user has decided to store all his contacts:

    a) His old blackberry - which he lost
    b) MS Outlook - which we don't support, and (more importantly) i have very little experience of.

And he's never synced his blackberry with his base PC, so i have to, somehow, pull his contacts off outlook and onto the blackberry (and thence, back to notes)

Is there any quick and easy (and cheap) way of doing it.

    Cheers

just install the blackberry client software on his pc (which you can download for free) and sync the contacts that way.

The client is already installed and configured for Lotus Notes - you have to choose one when installing - can you install multiple instances of the desktop manger?
