    Anyone have any recommedations for a cheap supplier of roller-blinds, perferably in greater Dublin area.

    Have used they'r mail order service to furnish the house. very helpful and half the price i was quoted here in irelandd. A doodle to put up!25mins and the downstairs was done. email them and ask for paddy.

    just moved into new house here a few months back and used value blinds,
    nice people
    came out and measured up,
    have no end of different styles and types of blinds,
    i got the entire house done,
    all windows,doors,
    and patio doors done for 1000 yo yo's,
    very reasonable and excellent service,
    from measure to them putting up took less than 3 weeks

    guy that measured for me is sean

    I used these guys http://www.b4i.ie/

    Reasons:
    1. The send out a small material sample (we needed block outs and
    I wanted to see they really were blocking the light)
    2. They were cheaper than anything else with good quality makes
    3. The website and options were decent

    They delivered quick smart and the blinds are now up and helping
    us sleep even on bright mornings when the sun blasts in :D

    Blinds are extremely simple to install yourself. Assuming you have standard windows it should be easy to get what you want in B&Q.

    As for recommendation - Crumlin Blinds have been around for years and I've only heard good things about them.

    I got the maple ones from argos, easy enough to put up, bargain for €70

    was just over 200 yoyos for 2 nice metallicy ones.
