There is an RITA school in Galway that teaches ITF Taekwon-Do in Renmore Centre, Renmore, Galway (next to Kingfisher Health Club & close to GMIT)

They train on a Monday and Wednesday as far as I know. PM me for more information if you want or else see http://www.rita-itf.org/galwaydojang.htm.

I'd be interested in beginning aswell. I'm more interested in doing it for fitness tho, would that be ok? I'm 26, and I hope to drag the g/f along. We've never done any Martial Arts before.
What would u guys advise for Galway.
