RunTime error on Explorer

    Hi,
I have a windows 2000 machine with sp4. My user account works perfectly no issues. I have administrative rights. Another user accounts was getting swap file error's, however I think I have solved this, by changing seting for the swap file.
Now I cant seem to get explorer running on this account. I have given the user admin rights but no joy. I cant remember the exact error, but it goes along the lines of "run time error has caused an error in explorer and has had to close"
Not the exact words, but something like that.

    Any help would be grateful.

    Thanks
    Dave

hard to say but it might be the user profile, if all else fails right my computer properties and nuke it after backing up that users documents and settings folder

delete temp and temporary internet files in the users profile in documents and settings on the offchance that works - also check thier start menu / programs /startup , if it works for them in safe mode

Thanks very much, deleting the temp path's worked a treat.
