The only thing to watch out for is the CoolerMaster Cavalier 4 supposedly uses a proprietary power supply which allows the overall height of the case to be lower.

So I think your 400w PSU wont be of any use so either stick with the built in PSU or get another case.

As long as the graphics card isn't a high end one you should get by with the hardware you mention on the 300w PSU.

The GFX should be fine with the 300w PSU.

As for other cases Komplett don't really stock anything to my taste in the HTPC section bar the Zalman cases but they are hideously expensive but go with whatever you like.

You can source HTPC cases from other sites as well.

i hae the thermal take back case listed on the komplett page..really like it, polished aluminum balck finish, very well built. no power suppely, but you might be better buying seperately to get a quiet power supply.

i built my own htpc last week with lesser parts than you are using and am totally chuffed with it,
have it connected to my sony 50" rear pro and looks stunning,
go for it you will have a ball,
and many thanks to 8t8, his help was invaluable to me.
