So on Friday after work i went to play football for the first time in years, it's the on sport i've played in that time, other exercise has been done in the gym.

So anyway, i woke up yesterday and every damn muscle in my body hurt!!!! I guess sport is a more intense workout that sitting on a stationary bike.

Anyway, how do i combat this? As i'd like to go to the gym tomorrow but i'm still in quite a bit of pain, mainly my legs are lower abs, but also my shoulders. Also i'm hoping this football is going to turn out to be a weekly thing and i don't really want to be feeling like i am now every weekend!!:(

Any advice? Or is it just a simple case of getting used to it?
